Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can you hold a property for me before I apply?
Most of our rentals are leased on a first-come, first-served basis once we receive a complete application and application fee. We recommend applying as soon as you’re ready to move forward. -
What payments are due before I move in?
Move-in costs typically include the first month’s rent and a security deposit. In some cases, last month’s rent may also be required. The exact terms will be outlined during the leasing process. -
How old do I need to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old to legally sign a lease and apply for a rental property. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. As long as the lease terms are met and there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, your security deposit will be refunded. Any deductions will be clearly documented. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If your application doesn’t meet certain financial or credit criteria, a cosigner may be required. Cosigners must meet the same qualifications and sign a guarantor agreement. -
How do I apply for a property?
You can apply online or in person. A completed application, proof of income, photo ID, and payment of the application fee are required to begin the process. -
How do I pay rent?
We offer several convenient payment options, including online payments through your tenant portal, bank transfers, or traditional methods like checks or money orders. -
Can I get a pet after I move in?
Please review your lease and contact our team before bringing a pet into the home. Some properties allow pets with a deposit or pet rent, while others have restrictions. -
I want to move out but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
Let us know your plans. If one tenant wishes to stay, they may need to qualify individually or help find an approved replacement roommate. We’ll guide you through the process. -
What should I do if I’m moving out at the end of my lease?
Check your lease for the required notice period—typically 30 days—and submit your written notice by the deadline. This helps us coordinate a smooth transition. -
Who is responsible for repairs and maintenance?
Routine repairs are handled by our team. However, tenants may be held responsible for any issues caused by misuse or neglect. Please report all maintenance needs promptly through your tenant portal.
