Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, owners may review the lease before it's signed. We typically handle the lease execution on your behalf, but we welcome your input and will accommodate your preferences. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, in addition to property management, we assist with buying and selling. If you're looking to expand or sell your investment portfolio, we’d be happy to help. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner payments are processed regularly after rent is collected and expenses are paid. Funds are disbursed by direct deposit or check, based on your setup. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants can pay rent online or by other approved methods. Our system ensures on-time payments and handles any late fees or notices in accordance with the lease. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Most leases are for 12 months, but we also offer flexible terms based on your property, the tenant’s situation, and market trends. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposits are set according to local laws and market conditions. The exact amount depends on the rental rate and tenant qualifications. -
When can you start managing my property?
We can begin management as soon as all agreements are signed and the property is rent-ready. Our onboarding process is quick and straightforward. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, multi-family units, condominiums, and commercial properties—whether you own one home or a larger portfolio. -
What reports will I receive and how often?
You’ll receive monthly financial statements detailing income, expenses, and any repairs. Additional reports can be requested at any time through your Owner Portal. -
Who holds the tenant’s security deposit?
Security deposits are held in a dedicated escrow account in compliance with local regulations. We manage the funds responsibly and transparently.
