If Coyote Property Management doesn’t secure a qualified tenant with a deposit within 14 days, we’ll waive your first month’s management fee. It’s our way of putting performance behind our promises.

The property must be vacant and meet our Minimum Property Standards

All required documents (like the W-9 and Property Info Sheet) must be submitted

The property must be pet-friendly and competitively priced based on local comps

We use real data from trusted sources like Rentometer, RentRange, and GTAR MLS to ensure your rental hits the market at the right price—then we go to work getting it leased.
